Role Overview:

We are hiring a Group Head – Copy & Content to lead our agency’s copywriting and content strategy. This role is ideal for an experienced copy professional who combines strategic thinking, creative execution, and leadership. You will act as the thinking engine of the agency, driving brand communication while mentoring and leading a high-performing content team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead copywriting and content strategy across digital, social, and brand platforms
• Create and review high-quality copy for campaigns, websites, and marketing content
• Ensure strong brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency
• Mentor and manage a team of copywriters and content creators
• Collaborate with strategy, design, and client-servicing teams

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in copywriting and content roles, preferably in an agency
• Strong expertise in brand storytelling and content strategy
• Proven leadership and team-management skills
• Excellent written communication and editing abilities
• High ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
