Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist – Affiliate Marketing to drive affiliate and performance marketing growth for our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will identify, pitch, and onboard new affiliate partners across international markets while building strong, long-term relationships. This role combines sales, relationship management, and digital marketing expertise to expand our affiliate network and maximize performance-driven results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new affiliate partners across global markets
- Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, networks, and strategic partners
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the affiliate partner base
- Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate promotions with marketing goals
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to optimize results
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and competitor strategies
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing sales, or business development
- Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and relationship management
- Experience selling digital marketing services (Websites, SEO, SEM, Social Media) preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms like Awin, CJ, Impact, ShareASale is a plus
