Position: Backend Developer

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend systems using Python and Node.js.
• Build and deploy serverless applications on AWS Lambda.
• Work with Pinecone for vector database integrations and search functionalities.
• Manage and optimize databases, primarily MongoDB.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Ensure security and data protection in backend systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Python and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and other AWS services.
• Experience working with Pinecone or similar vector databases.
• Proficiency with MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and serverless architecture.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and CI/CD practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Good to Have:

• Experience with other databases or cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of machine learning integrations or data pipelines.
• Exposure to DevOps practices.
